USCIS Announces FY 2011 H-2B Cap Count
USCIS announced that as of May 6, 2011, it had receipted 27,173 petitions toward the 33,000 H-2B cap for the second half of fiscal year (FY) 2011. The count included 24,420 approved petitions and 2,753 pending. A chart showing the updated numbers for the first half and second half of FY 2011 is available here.
