TV Personalities Spar Over Immigration
Radio talk-show host Bill O’Reilly recently got into a shouting match with Geraldo Rivera about the hot topic of immigration, which ABIL President Angelo Paparelli noted “demonstrates the intensity of feelings on both sides of the debate.” The TV dust-up began with comments about a drunk-driving accident being caused by an undocumented man from Mexico with a previous record of alcohol-related convictions. Mr. O’Reilly focused on the man’s undocumented status but Mr. Rivera countered that the story was about drunk driving, not immigration.
